What is this place?
Hello and welcome to the Mokuzai Studio Store! Mokuzai Studio is a video game development company created by Fred Wood.
Why is there a store?
Well initially it was created to sell physical items that we created, but we're planning on moving soon, so now it's a place to sell cool physical items that have been in Fred's collection.
Why should I shop here?
Two main reasons:
1) To help Fred thin out his collection and afford the move. It's gonna be an expensive one, so every little bit helps!
2) We're competitively priced! We check places like eBay and PriceCharting to try and ensure our prices are lower than everyone else (within reason). If you find that an item you're interested in is much more expensive here than it is elsewhere, get in touch with us via the contact page and we'll consider price matching or lowering the price.
Where are you going?
We're remaining a little cagey about it at the moment, but it's an international move contingent on things lining up for us. We'll share the good news when it's ready.
When are you going?
Ah now that's a more important question for the store. We're looking at moving before December, so sales on this site will cease in late October.
What happens to my order after the store closes?
Everything sold on the store is considered an as-is sale, but if something goes wrong, get in touch. While we won't physically be here, we aren't going to abandon a customer. We've been in the business of selling things online since the early 2000's, and we know what it's like when trouble arises. We wanna take care of our customers.
I just ordered something but you put something cool up on the site! Can I combine my orders?
We're in the process of adding lots of stuff to the site and that takes a long time, but obviously everything is limited, so you should order something as soon as you know you want it so you don't miss out. That said, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to combine the orders and refund the difference for shipping. But we try and ship items as soon as we can, so that may mean you're outta luck for combined shipping.
